Product Overview

CNHK ‘S HKSGB series is a NOMEX insulated Dipping varnishdry type transformer. Its high and low voltage winding coilsare made of NOMEX insulation material, and have beenrepeatedly impregnated with solvent-free Dipping paintthrough VPI vacuum equipment, followed by multiple high-temperature baking and curing. The high-voltage coil adoptsa continuous structure with high mechanical strength andgood heat dissipation conditions, avoiding the disadvantagesof high interlayer voltage, poor heat dissipation ability, easythermal breakdown, and low mechanical strength of multi-layer cylindrical coils. Thus improving the reliability of theproduct after operation. The low-voltage coil adopts a foiltype or longitudinal air duct high current spiral structure. Thesoaked coil has excellent moisture-proof performance, betterresistance to impact, no cracking, no partial discharge, and iseasy to decompose and recycle after its lifespan, protectingthe environment.

The HKSGB series is a fireproof, self extinguishing, and non-toxic product. All insulation materials do not supportcombustion and can burn for a long time at a high temperature of 800°C without toxic smoke generation. The HKSGBseries is more advantageous in situations with high safety requirements, humid heat, and poor ventilation in power,subway, shipbuilding, chemical, metallurgical, and other fields.
The coil design, process and materials of HKSGB series NOMEX insulation impregnating varnish dry-type transformermake the product have excellent three proofing performance (moisture resistance, mold resistance, salt sprayresistance), and can withstand Thermal shock. The NOMEX based insulation system maintains excellent performance,electrical energy and mechanical performance throughout the service life of the transformer. NOMEX is not prone toaging, is resistant to shrinkage and compression, and has strong elasticity. Therefore, it can ensure that the coil of thetransformer remains tightly structured and withstand the pressure of short circuits even after several years of use.Adopting VPl equipment, vacuum Dipping technology, and UL approved high-quality Dipping paint, it can operate fora long time at temperatures of 180°C and above. Compared to capacity and epoxy resin poured products, the size and
weight are smaller.
